Counselling

What is integrative counselling?

Integrative counselling, as the name suggests, is a combined approach to psychotherapy that brings together different elements of specific therapies. It offers you the opportunity of working with someone who has trained in a number of collective views about being human and what we need to build our own personal wellbeing, health and growth.

‘Integrative’ for me means deeply listening to a clients needs and working together collaboratively to openly bring about change and the best possible outcomes for the circumstances. Although, I have a number of skills and qualities that I bring to the therapeutic relationship, I don’t believe that I am an expert of your life or that of any other. I believe that I am someone who can bring a number of different perspectives to the relationship and can help support you to navigate some of the current difficulties you may be going through.

I believe in providing a warm and safe space.
